Multi-tenant gym management SaaS built on a reusable base platform. Full admin portal (members, content, community, routines, calendar, payments) and client-facing portal with workout mode. Multi-tenancy enforced at the database layer via Supabase RLS. Live on a custom domain with Cloudflare DNS.

Hands-on workshop teaching attendees to build real AI agents from scratch with OpenClaw and the OpenRouter API (gpt-4o-mini). Structured in two steps so the difference is visible live: first a bare chatbot that only talks, then a full agent that executes tools.
